Admin Assistant (Full Time and Temp) x2
Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative work
• Receive orders via email/ fax
• Prepare invoice for Technicians
• Create and updating of data in system.
• Ensure job goes smoothly.
• Answer telephone calls from clients and internally
• Able to make decisions under pressure promptly
• Scan and file
Requirements:
• Able to handle fair amount of workload and stress
• Able to work independently
• Neat and organized
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work at Jurong East
