You will be mainly responsible for shipment deliveries to local and overseas customers. You are expected to liaise closely with the suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery to customers. Other duties include issuing sales orders and purchase orders, preparing Letter of Credit for bank negotiation, follow-up with customers on payment matters and preparing daily Inventory reports.

§ Team player who is proactive and independent.
Requirements:
• GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Levels or a good Diploma.
• 1 -2 years of related administrative experience.
• Shipping and/or Logistics knowledge.
• Knowledge of Oracle Distribution software will be advantageous.
• Proficient In Microsoft Office applications.
