*Support the Customer Service dept by preparing sales quotations.
*Process specific customers' Purchase Orders including Job Cards preparation.
*Maintain all records related to sales.
*Arrange logistics including Delivery Order preparation.
*Handle and direct enquiries to Sales & other dept personnel.
*Liaise with Production Dept to provide order status to custimers.
*Assist in Office Administration (receiving & sorting mails, arrange courier, hotel booking, refreshments for meetings/ conferences, manage stationeries etc.).
*GCE 'O' Level or equivalent/
*Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
*Familiar with Microsoft applications.
*Experience in customer service or hospitality management is an advantage.
*Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
*$1.5k - $2k
