Our client is expanding aggressively and is actively looking for a leader who can lead them into the new frontiers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and effectively manage manpower needs to optimize human capital in support of organizational needs and policies.
- Partner line managers and implement effective staffing and selection strategies / practices to improve outreach, attract and recruit the right talents for the right job.
- Manage a team of HR professionals.
- Oversee and administer service conditions and contracts of staff in accordance with organization objectives / requirements.
- Oversee accurate and timely update, maintenance of staff information and organization charts.
Requirements
- A recognized degree, preferably with Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource.
- 6-8 years of relevant working experience, with 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong organization awareness and business acumen.
- Ability to interact and establish effective relationships with all levels in the organization.
- Analytical thinking, integrity and achievement orientation.
