Job responsibilities
1. Provide personalized service to phone in/email enquiries or requests from customers
2. Be able to resolve customers' complaints in a qualitative and expeditious manner.
Job Requirements
• Must have a passion and interest for high-end luxury fashion
• Minimum 'A' Level or STPM with credits including English
• Able to work on weekends and public holiday is a must
• Willing to perform overtime and staggered shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good spoken English and Mandarin
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in luxury goods/retail/travel on hospitality industry
• Effective team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
