HR Payroll (Temporary)
Our client is a well established Teleco company world wide.
Job description:
• Deliver and advise on HR processes, products and service and policies.
• Manage the new hire and leavers process which involve the organisation of induction programmes and communication with relevant parties to prepare for new hire arrival and exit of leavers.
• Work with payroll vendors to process payroll for 5 countries
• Liaise with outsourced vendors on HR administrative work such as the preparation of employment contracts, employee status change and data creation, benefits enrolment and employment pass application
• Participate in salary and benefits surveys
• Answer employees enquiries in HR related matters
• Review and renewal insurance benefits on an annual basis
• Provide basic HR administrative support
Requirement:
• Graduate level or relevant experience and knowledge in HR issues
• At least 1 yr experience doing HR
• Must be able to commit for 4 months
Other information:
• Salary: Open (Based on experience)
• Working location: Chai Chee (Bedok)
• 5 days week (8.45am to 6pm)
• 4 Months Contract (renewable)
