Responsibilities:

Facilities Officer x 1 pax
Assisting in the daily operations of the School such as setting up projectors before lessons, delivering documents within departments etc.
Duration: Now till Nov 08
Working hours: 7.30am to 4.00pm
Working location: Clementi
Salary: $9/hr
Prepared for OT when needed.

Admin staff x 2 pax
Administrative support to the department and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Duration: 28 Oct 08 - 5 Dec 08 (1 staff) and 3 Nov 08 - 9 Jan 09 (1 staff)
Required skills: MS Office and preferably Diploma holders. Knowledge of Blackboard would be preferred.
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Working location: Clementi
Salary: $6.50/hr
Prepared for OT when needed.

Admin Staff x 8 pax
Administrative support to the department and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Duration: 15 Oct 08 to 15 Dec 08 (2 staff) and 3 Nov 08 - 15 Dec 09 (6 staff)
Required skills: MS Office and preferably Diploma holders.
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Working location: Clementi
Salary: $6.50/hr
Prepared for OT when needed.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Temporary positions available.
