URGENTLY looking for Cash Management Agents (Location: Chai Chee)

Job Description:

1) Plan schedule for the Technicians to service the ATM machines.

2) Manage and rearrange schedule based on that day to day last minute request.

3) Issue 1x safe combination to the technical onsite.

4) Answer calls from Banks and technicians.

5) Co-ordinate to produce cash replenishment schedules for Bank’s self-service terminals (SST).

6) Liaise with CIT on daily operation requirement

7) Ensure the cash management operation runs smoothly for the assigned SSTs.

Other information:

Salary: $9/hr
Location: Chai Chee Road @ Technopark

Working Hours: 7am – 9pm
7.30am – 9.30pm
15 Working days per month – Alt 4 days/3 days per week

Eligible to OT:

S/N OVERTIME MON - SAT SUN PH
1 After schedule work hours 1.5x 1.5x 2x
2 Your off-day, request you back for work 1.5x 1.5x 1x OT & 1 day in-lieu of off day
3 Normal schedule work day fall on PH 1.0x overtime rate 1.0x overtime rate 1.0x overtime rate
