Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Segment Marketing, E-business and Business Units to develop and implement internet-related initiatives and e-marketing campaigns to support the lead generation pipeline of products and services in Korea, Oceania and Southeast Asia (KOSEA)
Manage the evolution of content and capabilities of the company’s websites in KOSEA and optimize the site to attract qualified traffic, leads and customer registrations
Design HTML pages, create forms, landing pages, and other pages to support events, promotions, and other lead-generating activities
Provide timely updates, maintain content, and ensure the efficient management of the company’s website from a technical and content management perspective
Develop and maintain guidelines and procedures for the updating of the company’s websites in the KOSEA region
Work with internal and external resources to conduct Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (organic)
Measure and report results of all e-initiatives including search engine marketing, email marketing, and website activities
Key Requirements:
Degree in IT, Marketing or equivalent discipline with 3 to 5 years E-marketing experience, preferably business-to-business and industry-related
Proficiency in HTML skills, experience with cascading style sheets and basic scripting skills are required
Good web graphics creation skills and experience designing and building applications in Flash
Knowledge of Web Content Management Systems and Microsoft Office
Strong project, vendor and budget management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as interpersonal skills
Strong team player and able to work across boundaries
Work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
