Responsibilities:
OS Setup and configuration.
PC/Notebook Deployment.
Hardware/Software Troubleshooting.
Research technological tools for improving productivity.
Provide IT advice/support to internal office staff on an ad-hoc basis.
Prequisites:
Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or relevant experience. Basic knowledge of networking.
Familiar with Windows environment.
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing of PC/notebooks.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and diligent.
