Property Officer / Executive
* Fresh graduates with a Diploma / Degree in Property / Real Estate / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil and Structural or equivalent
* Candidates with 0-3 yrs property / building / facilities experience are encouraged to apply
* Handle enquiries and feedbacks from residents
* Liaise with term contractors to carry out building inspection
* Rectification works
* Meet with grassroots’ leaders to discuss estate matters
* Conduct tenancy inspection and enforcement
