1. General administrative support
2. Front counter Duties
3. Answering phone calls
4. General assistance in school events and activities
5. To assist Admin Managers and CSOs
6. Any other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, HODs, OMs and Admin Manager.
7. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm. or 7:30am to 4:30pm
Requirement
Candidate must:·
Be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
PC literate, proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
·Age: 19-23 years.
. Be meticulous, accurate and have initiative.
Working location: Bukit Timah
Subject to the performance of the officer and the current needs of the school, the service of the appointed officer could be further extended for a period of one to two years.
