Our client, a MNC company in the telecommunications industry is URGENTLY seeking for a temp customer service officer to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities

Respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Attend to all phone enquires and takes ownership of all calls till closure
Provide excellent customer service support to customers

Requirements

Good telephony skills
Possess excellent communication skills
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Other Information

Location: West, Jurong
5.5 days work week/ 8.30 am – 5.30 am, 8.30 am – 1 pm
