Our client is seeking for a Temporary IT Assistant (Corporate Services)
Responsibilities:
• Procurement of Office Supplies, Equipment & Services
• Maintenance of Office Equipment & Premises
• IT (website management, IT security matters [e.g. raising forms for access rights], First level troubleshooting)
• Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• Min GCE ‘O’ Level
• Familiar with scope of IT work listed above
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency in MS Office
• Good working attitude and willing to learn
• Possess initiative, meticulous and well organized
• Able to multi-task
• Only Singaporean / Singapore PR
Other information:
• Working Location : Kranji
• Working Hours : 8:30am to 5:45pm (Mon to Thurs), 8:30am to 5:15pm (Fri)
• Salary range : $7.00/hour or $8.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Work Period: 1 Dec 2008 to 9 Jan 2009 (6 weeks)
This is a TEMP position for 6 weeks with possible extension till 23 Jan 2009 (additional 2 weeks)
