The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of Customer Service staff based in an established Retail mall .
The Role
You will attend to shoppers' enquiries and to provide assistance and general information to shoppers.You are also required to provide other administrative task such as sale of gift vouchers, gift wrapping, carpark redemption. You will also be expected to perform some administration work related to centre events and promotional activities.
The Person
You should possess minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 2 years’ experience in retail mall environment or hotel front desk. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills,bilingual in english & mandarin and service-oriented with a pleasant voice & personality .You would be required to work on shifts and on weekends.
