you will be given about 5-10 designated industrial areas to go to.
your job is to scout for a designated site for a specific use within the area given. (the specs will be given to you upon interview)
you will need to get the contact of the premise owner or agent and the contact will be pass to the sales team.
commission of minimum $500 to $2000 is expected for every successful
deal made by the sales team.

you can work at your own time own target. your job in simple terms is a scouting agent without the sales part.

you will need a least a motorcycle as some of the places are quite inaccessible without own vehicle.
