Key responsibilities
1. Reception duties - attend to phone / counter enquiries by parents, pupils and visitors.
2. Data Entry of Students’ Attendance in School cockpit (weekly)
3. Filing, Data entry, mail/letter distribution
4. Assist in photocopying of documents eg processing of admission / transfer cases
5. Assist HOD in admin tasks request (eg typing, printing and collating ) of documents.
6. Assist AM in P1 Registration and Orientation (Admin)
7. Any other duties assigned by Admin Manager / VP/ Principal.
Qualifications
- GCE ‘O’ Level, with pass in EL
- Computer literate
- Admin working experience is preferable

Matured, tactful, organized, responsible, able to relate to people of all levels, a team player.
Being bilingual is an advantage.
Working hours 8.00 am - 5pm, Mon - Fri.
Working location: Clementi
*Option to extend for a period of 1 year Jan 2010
