Our clients are MNC , are looking for suitable personels to fill the various positions:
Customer Service Assistant
* Attend to customer's enquires on general or billing matters
* Undating and maintaining of customers' database
* Assisting customers in relieving their concerns
Sales Care Consultant
* Attend to customer's enquires on products
* Providing customer service to customers
* No telemarketing involve!
Adminstrative Assistant
* Simple Data Entry
* Filing and photocopying of documents
* Generate Reports
* Update database
Requirements
* GCE 'O' Level and above
* Able to handle high volume of phone calls
* Good communication skills willingness to learn
* Good team player
* Able to work rotational shifts and weekends
* Must be a Singaporean or Singapore PR
