Working Location : United Square (Full / Part Time Position)
The duties and requirements of the position are as follows:
- Managing the retail shop and all selling functions, including handling the point-of-sale terminal, NETS/credit card terminal, etc.
- Merchandising the shop, maintaining adequate inventory levels, tidiness, cleanliness, and other related duties.
- Attending to customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Promoting and achieving satisfactory level of sales through excellent customer service, good product knowledge, honesty and integrity.
- Keeping yourself well-informed about the benefits of health supplements, health foods, natural personal care products.
- Candidates should have good communications and inter-personal skills and like working in a retail environment
- Preferably with nutritionist experience/ background
