Temp IT Support -1 month (5day, 9 dollar per hour)

Requirements:

Be comfortable with school environment

Experience prefered

Location in Jurong

Nitec in Info-Communications Technology / NCC Diploma / Diploma (IT) / IT Certificate

Experience in supporting both PC and Macintosh workstations is preferred.

Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist or any other Apple certification will be highly advantageous

job scoop :
- Ensure that the Computer Labs are clean and organized;
- Provide 1st level support (Troubleshooting and resolution of desktop problems)
- Maintain discipline in the labs
- Monitor and replenish supplies (toner, paper, etc).
- Work with lab software/hardware;
- Report any unusual situations or problems to the IT Manager
- Provide IT/AV support for events
- Provide high level of professionalism and initiative when dealing with problems and end-users
- Provide suggestions and ideas for lab improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned.
