Temp to Perm Project Coordinator (3 Months)

Responsibilities:

• Provide coordination support to Project Managers and Executives
• Monitor and prepare project schedules and meeting minutes
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and project documentation
• Liaising with suppliers and vendors
• Assist in briefing production team which includes designers, programmers and animators
• Assist in quality checks and controls
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mass Communications/Design/Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to speak and write good English
• Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
• Customer service oriented and possesses bubbly personality

Remuneration:

$1250 per month.
If the candidate's performance meet the expectation, he/she will be converted to be Permanent employee and the salary increment will be up to $400.
