- Strong technical knowledge on cars repair and servicing, especially on Toyota cars
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years work experience on managerial position in the relevant industry
- Manage profit and loss account with strong sense of business acumen
- Demonstrate strong leadership and proven experience in resources planning and deployment
- Result oriented
- Excellent communication skills across different work levels
- Strong team work and competence in multitask
- Customer focus attitude
