Synopsis of Role
You will work in a dynamic and fast paced contact centre environment, handling phone enquiries with regards to IT software products.
Essential Requirements
Experience in contact centre or customer service
Enjoy dealing with people
Able to cross-sell/up-sell products
Able to work in a highly dynamic environment
Outgoing personality
Language Requirement
Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Malay (to support the APAC market)
Working Location
Tampines Central (5-10 mins from Tampines MRT)
Full Time Working Hours
6am to 3pm / 11am to 8pm (up to 44 hours per week)
