15x Temporary IT Officers - Urgent! Immediate

Salary: S$9p/h

Responsibilities

Provide first level technical support to customers
Assist in Internet Access (Boardband; Wi-Fi); Operating Systems
Handle enquires on product and services
Providing advice on Technical issues
Respond and follow-up on customers issues; process and service
Collect and channel feedback on customer issues
Attend to customer on a face-to-face basis
To provide statistics and information on the nature of calls
Keep track of department KPIs
able to do troubleshooting

Requirements

Min Diploma in IT/ Mobile Wireless
able to perform roastered duty and rotational shifts
able to commit on weekends
Bilingual in English and Chinese; Malay or Tamil
friendly personality; team-player
Able to work independently
ONLY Singaporean or Singapore PR!
