Responsibilities:
Telemarketing experience with leads generating and appointments securing
processing customers' orders with speed and accuracy
Attend to sales enquiries through email/telephone correspondence, and
liaising with relevant departments for follow-up
liaising with production regarding production and delivery issues
playing an active role in customer retention
General Admin Duties
Requirements:
At least a Diploma holder, fresh graduate is welcome
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin as he / she is
required to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
