Beer Service Crew Job Description

As a member of the Beer Service crew their duties would be to:
1. Greet customers once they have sat down and introduce Beer
2. Take beer orders and highlight current promotions
3. Process Beer orders from restaurant staff
4. Monitor beer levels and check for additional orders

Beer Service Crew Criteria
• Female
• Singapore Citizen or PR
• Bi-lingual
a. Able to English and Chinese
b. Able to read Chinese
• To commence immediately with minimum commitment of 3 months

Remuneration
• $8.00/hour
• Public holiday has an additional $11/day
• Transportation Allowance of $50/month for 7 days work
- Transport allowance will be scaled to total days worked (e.g. 2 weeks worked would amount to $25)

Training and Probation
Training will be provided, covering service standards, products knowledge, and technical aspects of serving.

The training will be broken up into 2 segments: a 2 hour training session and then a single shift on-the-job session. The on-the-job session will also double-up as the probation period.

No compensation will be provided for individuals who fail the training sessions.

Total Manpower Requirement
A total of 20 girls would be needed with the typical working times between 7:00pm – 11:00pm. Locations are in the East and Central. Candidates would be needed to work between 3 – 7 days a week.
