Working Hours: Mon-Fri 830am to 530pm
Location: Paya Lebar
Duration: 3-4 weeks
Starting date: Tentatively on 2nd week or 3rd week of June

Objective: A new Stock Inventory System will be established in Excel at the end of the assignment. Macro Excel Programming may be required to automate the inventory system for end-users' convenience.

Main Jobscope: Set up the Stock System using Excel & Macro Excel

Secondary Jobscope:
(1) Assist in tidying the store space and workshop for clearance of storage space
(2) Assist the servicing and marketing team to sort out current stock and stock count them
(3) Prepare stock labelling in PC and label each parts or items accordingly
(4) Setup the cabinet for stocking by classifications of product range
(5) Assist in collating technical manual

Requirements:
(1) Must be Male (because of the physical workload required)
(2) Must be proficient in MS Excel & Excel Macro programming
(3) Must be able to commit for at least 3-4 weeks during office hours Mon-Fri 830am to 530pm
