Customer Service Officer - Northpoint
Responsibilities:
- To take care of the reception and welcome the arrivals of our customers.
- To answer all in-coming telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
- To pro-actively make out-bound calls to existing customers to remind customers to come for appointments
- Responsible for arranging appointments for customers over the phone.
- To consolidate and update names of customers in database.
- Responsible for cashiering duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year experience in customer service line.
- Pro-active and independent worker
- Good phone etiquette and possesses good customer service
- Comfortable in communicating over the phone.
- Singaporeans and Malaysians are welcomed.
