Job Description:
Provide assistance and general information to shoppers in the Shopping Mall (East, Central).
Handle the administrative work relating to the events and promotions at the centre.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 1-2 years’ customer service experience
• Customer-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Must speak Mandarin to Mandarin speaking shoppers
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Only Singaporean, PR and Malaysian need apply
• 3 Rotating Shifts: 10am to 6pm, 12pm to 8pm, 2pm to 10pm
