Overall description
• Secures day to day operational implementation of online content within multiple websites.
• Identifies repetitive operational constraints, and forward these to the team lead/ operations manager
• Support related to service requests and incidents
The Service Expert reports to the Manager Site Operations and maintains daily contact with other departments, sales offices and 3rd parties. The S.E. is expected to act as a multi competent resource, increasing his knowledge within other areas constantly.
• Providing support on online activities
• Participate in projects and support handover and roll-out to operations and the business
• Implement and deploy in a timely manner online projects using different existing systems
• Providing 1st line support on all tooling, for both internal and external customers
• Identify process improvement possibilities and support optimization
• Responsible for quality of deliverables
Profile and capabilities
• Bachelor degree in Computer science or marketing/communication with strong technological knowledge.
• Good knowledge of the most common web technologies
• Knowledge and understanding of basic coding languages (html, php, css, JavaScript, Flash...)
Some coding can be required.
