This is for our Company Client which is reputable MNC SI Company. They are in need of Temp Desktop Support to Commence on Work Immediately on 03 August 2009 until 02 Oct 2009
Job Descriptions: - Provide second-level support, troubleshooting, administration and escalation for end users
- PC installation and configurations
- Maintain and update documentations on onsite service support, processes and workflow
Job Requirements:- Diploma/Degree in Computer studies or equivalent
- Preferably with prior experience in IT onsite support required
- Knowledge of MS Office, Win XP, VPN, Lotus Notes, IE, network connectivity, printer mapping etc
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
This position is open to Diploma or Degree Student who are either in term break or is awaiting for NS Ord but has the passion and inkling to do Desktop Support.
