Responsibilites:
Attend to visitors and showing them to the room
Oversee cleanliness and operations of all Client Meeting Rooms (Including Board Room)
Oversee all bookings of Client Meeting Rooms (Including Board Room)
Ordering of Pantry Items (Client Meeting Area and Internal Office pantries)
Raise Purchase Orders for procurement of items
Process invoices for approval for expenses related to Client Meeting Area.
Receiving phone calls on Bank’s main line and maintain good phone etiquette
Requirements:
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
Good command of spoken and written English
Good interpersonal skills for Front of House and communication with colleagues
Receptionist experience in a banks/financial institution
