Job Requirements:
Administrative Assistant Duties
Handling incoming correspondences/emails/faxes Organising and filing of documents
Typing of letters/memos/reports Purchasing,
issuing and maintaining of office stationery
Exposure to dynamic work environment
Fast paced working environment
Provide general admin support for inter-departmental needs
Requirements:
Minimum 'A' Levels or Diploma holders
Some administrative experience required
Possess initiative and a positive attitude PC Literate, familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Willing to multi-task
Undergraduates may apply
Be able to temp for 2 - 3 months
