Job Opening - Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to sales team in processing order transactions, coordinating delivery information as well as attending to ad-hoc orders
* Ensure proper control in Purchase Orders
* Handle all delivery related documentation and coordinate with vendors, external customers and internal business units
* Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
Requirements:
* GCE 'O' Levels
* At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in order processing / sales coordination
* Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
* Meticulous and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
* Good team player, works well with all levels of people
* Comfortable to perform Overtime when required
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Working Location: Ubi
