Responsibilities:
•Liaise with English & Mandarin speaking customers/suppliers
•Providing general administrative support
•Handle orders
•Filling Documents
•Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
•Able to communicate Mandarin and English fluently.
•'O' Level/Nitec/Diploma/Fresh Graduate preferably with office administrative/clerk experience
•Must at least have 1 year relevant administrative / clerk experiences
•Familiar with MS Office programs
•Possess with outspoken personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
•Able to work independently
•Willing to work in Eunos Area
•Able to start work immediately

Salary up: $1400-$1600
Location: Eunos Area
Working day: 5.5 Days ( Mon – Sat )
Working Time: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
8.30am – 12.30pm (Sat)
Gender: Female
