Looking for Business Development Executive and Graphic Designer

Art at Work is a young and enterprising creative agency startup that specializes in printed media. Due to expansion, we are on a lookout for a Business Development Executive and Graphic Designer to join us in driving the company to greater heights.

Business Development Executive

Role Summary
To prospect and build a diverse range of clientele and strengthen business relationship with existing clients

-Assist clients in their evaluation and execution of marketing and advertising programs
-Work closely with creative team to ensure creative development is in sync with clients’ needs and expectation
-Manage budget and account profitability of projects
-Proactively identify strategic projects and issues within to grow the account
-Participate in new business efforts
-Potential to grow, mentor and lead a team
-Able to draw up a creative brief, the act of writing ensures you capture what you need to convey to the creative team.

Requirements
-Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the creative or advertising industry
-Tertiary education (GCE ‘O’/’A’/Diploma) with sales and business background
-Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills is a prerequisite
-Able to understand Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or In-design / free is a plus

Graphic Designer

Role Summary
Creating below-the-line collateral from brochures to complete product launches by conceptualizing design art for visual presentations that sells. To take creative briefs and implementing them accordingly to the client’s requirements.

Requirements
-Min. Diploma in Art/Graphic Design
-Proficient in Mac Software - Adobe inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator/Freehand
-Experience in web design will be an advantage
-Creative with knowledge of industry trends and able to think out of the box
-1-3 years design agency experience
-Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
-Able to handle and work within tight schedules
-Work closely with the Account Executive and internal team on job progress and completion
-Knowledge of pre-press and printing production process

-5 days (Mon to Fri), 9am to 6pm
-Working location near Dhoby Ghaut MRT
-Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents will be eligible
