HR ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY)
Responsibilities
Provide support to Human Resource Department including:
* Recruitment
* Compensation & Benefits
* Payroll Administration
* Perform HR Administration such as processing of staff claims, maintaining & updating of employee leave records etc.
* Any other ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements
* Diploma holder with relevant experience
* Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
* Proficient in MS Office software application especially in Excel
* Experience in recruitment and payroll processing will be preferred
* Resourceful, people-oriented, has initiative and ability to multi-task.
* Strong communication skills and able to interact at all levels
* High integrity and confidentiality
* 5-day work week
* Able to start work immediately
