Temp Customer Service (3 months)

Salary: $6 to $7 per hour

Job Scope

* Attend to walk in customers / call in enquiries
* Assist in guiding customers on any queries
* Guide customers on how to utlise the websites and the links
* Handle crowd control during peak hours
* Comfortable working in a call centre environment (Woodlands Branch)

Requirements

* Minimum GCE 'O' Level or 'A' Level.
* Those with Diploma willing to work for 3 months are welcomed
* Those with customer service experience (front line / call centre) are welcomed
* Must be able to stand on their feet for 8 hours
* Must possess good communication skills
* Must be willing to work on Sat (Till 1pm)
* Working Location : WOODLANDS
* MUST BE ABLE TO LIASE WITH MANDARIN SPEAKING CLIENTS
* Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm), Sat (8am to 1pm)
* SINGAPOREAN / SINGAPORE PR

NOTE : -
MUST BE ABLE TO START WORK IMMEDIATELY AND COMMIT FOR FULL 3 MONTHS (END DECEMBER 2009)
