Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: East Side, Singapore
Skills & Requirements:
- Manage customer's complaints, handle contractual matters like terminations, negotiate renewals and write well
- A pleasant disposition and must possess good customer service handling skills
- Cheerful, positive attitude with good communication skills
- At least Diploma Holder in Business Adminstration
- At least 2 year experience customers service
