You will be working with one of the largest and most profitable financial services firms in singapore. Your role includes supporting the manager and assisting him and his team in his day-to-day activities, calendar management, travel and meeting schedule. Your role will also include preparing documents, monitoring deadlines and submissions. You may be required to perform occasional local travel. The office is located at Bugis, near the MRT.

You must have a minimum of gcse 'O'-level certification and a good command of english. You must be well organized, independent and show initiative in your work. Only Singaporeans/Permanent Residents will be considered. Applicants who recently completed ITE or Diploma would have advantage.
