Responsibilities:
* Process incoming order, invoicing and documentation through SAP system
* Responsible in resolving customer supply issues
* In-charge of outgoing shipment
* Maintain high accuracy of SAP system information
Requirements:
* "O"/"A" level or Diploma in relevant discipline with minimum 2 years of customer service experience
* Good working knowledge of SAP R/3 system is preferred
* Knowledge in LC verification
* Possess positive, self motivated, and excellent customer service orientation
* Bi-Lingual
5 days work week
Transportation are provided at major MRT stations
