You will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of the day-to-day operations in the Faculty.
You will assist in the administration of department time-tabling, preparation of audio and visual lesson materials, purchasing of reference resources, and archival of parent correspondence and student progress reports.
You will act as the liaison officer between faculty members, adjunct staff and students.
Applicants should have:
GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels with at least 3 years of relevant experience in office management and/or customer service work
Strong spoken and written skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
An agile mind; capable of thinking on his/her feet
Salary: Up to $1800
