BlueChip Internet Cafe is a fastly growing cybercafe offering its customers a unique experience of browsing the internet in an elegant ambience and with state-of-the-art technologies & systems.

We are currently on the look out for a full-time internet cafe administrator for our Orchard centre:

Responsibilities:

Manage the services provided the internet cafe end-to-end. Services include customer service, administration of workstations, billing & periodic reporting. Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service. Be responsible for the shop’s cash & stocks. You will also be responsible to upsell ad-hoc products & services and contribute in promoting business in the locality where placed. Execute transactions in accordance to procedures, policies and regulations as notified, from time to time.

Requirements:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or SPM
- Have a strong passion about the internet / computers & customer service
- Sales-driven & customer service oriented
- Must be a computer literate / internet savvy
- Good communication skills in English and fluent in either of these local languages - Malay, Mandarin or Tamil will be an advantage
- Only Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Residents and Dependent EP Pass holders residing in Singapore might apply
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Work Location / Hours / Salary / Benefits
- Somerset (Opp. MRT)
- Rooster on 6 day week, with 1 off day per week
- Basic + Commissions
