Responsibilities:
* Recording and updating of employees’ personal particulars
* Filing for employees’ P-files, HR documents etc
* Assisting in Employee Opinion Survey
* Issuing and replacement of employee slide cards
* Other assignments and tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements:
* Must be able to commit 3 months minimum (may be extended)
* Must be competent in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Minimum GCE ‘O’ / A Level qualifications
* No relevant work experience needed
* Able to start work immediately
* Students waiting to enter poly/uni are welcome to apply
* Only Singaporeans & PRs need apply
Details:
* Work Location: West
* Mondays to Fridays 8.00am - 5.10pm, alternate Saturdays 8.00am - 12.10pm
