Looking for Admin Assistant & Accounts Clerk

Admin Assistant job scope:
- Start with basic admin duties (Filing, data entry, answering of phone calls etc)
- Assist supervisor in ensuring deadlines are met for weekly reporting to customer
- Calling customers to schedule appointment date and time for engineers to go onsite
- Assist in tracking of inventory movement via the system
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Salary range: $1.2K to $1.4K

Accounts Clerk job scope:
- Data entry of invoices into system
- Preparation of cheques for payment
- Reconciliation of payments received from customers
- Checking and data entry of claims/leave forms from staff into system
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Salary range: $1.2K to $1.4K
