30-45mins survey with $40 cash incentive

Dear all,

Have a short survey up - only for males. It's a 30-45mins one-to-one interview with $40 cash incentive, held on Sunday 31st Jan.

Looking for males aged 25-30 and 41-44, both Chinese and Indian/others (need to fulfill quota for each group).

There will be a range of timeslots to choose from, so if interested, do revert with your answers to the following questions to acusticowork@hotmail.com :

1. Have you consumed beer/stout within the past one month?
2. If you have - do list the brands (otherwise, list as NA):
3. Do you normally choose the brands that you consume yourself, or do others make the decision for you?
4. What's your personal monthly income?
5. What industry are you working in?
6. What is your ethnicity/race?
7. From the following slots, list me your choices in order of preference:
31st Jan - 10.00am
31st Jan - 10.45am
31st Jan - 11.30am
8. Leave me with your name, age (birth month and year), contact number, mobile service provider, email address and i/c number:

Will try to revert to all new respondents. For respondents already in my mailing list, have already emailed all beforehand with other options etc, do check and revert - will revert to successful respondents.
