You will handle inbound calls from the Service Hotline. You will be required to respond to customers’ queries relating to our products, spare parts, service schemes and schedule service appointments. You will take orders of spare parts from customers, and coordinate with the various parties to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:
GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Levels or a good Diploma
1 – 2 years’ call centre or related experience in the service industry
Effectively bilingual (written and oral)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
