Call Centre / Telemarketer / Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
* Arranging appointments.
* Assist patients in billing & payments.
* Cashering duties are to be expected.
* Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
* Possess good communication skills and customer-service oriented.
* Female working environment
* Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level(3 Credits)/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
* Required skill(s): Proficient in MS Excel.
* Related experiences are preferred though not a requirement.
* 5.5 days work (Alternate Saturday)
0830hrs-1730hrs (Weekdays)
0830hrs-1230hrs (Saturday)
* Only Singaporean and PR need to apply!
