Job Description:
We are a Fortune 500 company in the FMCG industry which employs more than 60,000 staff worldwide. With product presence in over 100 countries, we own about 50% of the top brands in the world. Presently we are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented individual to join us as AP Assistant (6 months contract).
Reporting to the Manager, you will be managing the accounts payable portfolio including but, not limited to, processing vendor invoices, analyzing and reconciling monthly accounts, and performing month-end closing activities. Timely and accurate preparation of inter-company billing, as well as processing of expense claims, will be part of your responsibilities.
Applications are sought from candidates, who possess an accounting qualification, with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable. Strong SAP and Excel knowledge, as well as good English language skills, are imperative to the success of this role. Ideally, the incumbent should be able to commit for 6 months commencing from March/April.
