Job Responsibilities:
* Handles daily collections accurately by abiding the procedures of closing the cashier counter.
* Maintains systematic filing system
* Attends to general accounts enquiries
* Handles returns and exchange of products
* Attends to customer promptly in a professional and service oriented manner
* Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
* GCE 'N' level
* Minimum 1 year of working experience
* Customer focused and oriented personality
* Good communication and telephone skills
* Computer proficiency
